Not bad. I liked the tanginess, but it was kind of dry.
It's not an 85 minute cook. Recipe is 3 hours plus. Not sure if it was my stove top, my dutch over, or what, but my braising liquid cooked down really fast. I had to add water 4 times. Exterior got really dark too.
