pretty tasty, a bit too sweet, could use a bit of vinegar or something to help even it out

Made this recipe tonight. I went exactly by the instructions using the 1” thick boneless pork. This is excellent! Now I’m thinking about marinating over nite next time. A update will be in order. I paired this with a homemade pea salad ( frozen peas/carrots) from Luby’s 50th cookbook recipe?

I made this for the second time last night and it’s just so easy I season with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder and top with sauce!

This was a pretty good dish. Normally the first time I make a recipe I follow the ingredients and instructions except that for health reasons I use sugar alternatives. I used only half the amount of sweetener this time as I felt it would be too sweet for us. I sure am glad I did! I think next time I would cut back even more. I also would use a little prepared mustard and/or a splash of vinegar to brighten it up a bit. The sauce does need some kind of a boost but it's a good place to start. A garnish of sliced green onions on top works a marvel.

Super yummy. The sauce turned out beautiful. I'm a sucker for some heat though so i gave it a kick with a half a Tblsp of sriracha sauce and served with mashed potatoes and greens. This is one that has secured a place in the rotation!

The pork chops were delicious! This is the perfect recipe for a weeknight when you're short on time.

Added just a quarter cup more brown sugar as I like more sweetness, but otherwise perfect

this was amazing. we were so tired of the same old pork chops. yes it added calories but it was well worth it! cant wait to try it on chicken!

Good taste the sauce was little to thin for my taste so I will cut back on the soy.
