Heating the spices gently in the beginning really brings out the aromatics and infuses it into the sauce The red pepper flakes give it a nice kick. My fiancé loves the balance of the cream, tomato and wine flavors as well. Definitely a new favorite.

very good sauce. the red pepper flakes get infused in the oil and become stronger so my kids and mother struggled to eat it. if they are eating it i make it without and it is still very tasty.
