  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 red chili (seeded)
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar (you can use brown sugar)
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 kilogram lamb (/ mutton, cut into bite size and thread onto skewer)
  • kecap manis (🍡 Indonesian, / sweet soy sauce)
  • shallot (🍡 some, thinly slice)
  • lime (🍡 freshly squeeze, / lemon juice)
  • chili (🍡 some bird eye, optional, thinly slice)
  • peanut sauce
