- 2 Tbsp. kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)

- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (optional - replace with soy sauce if desired)
- 1/2 Tbsp. tamarind puree (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic

Tried a few satay recipes, this one was really good. I did add some sweet chilli sauce as I was missing the sweet soy & tamarind.
