Great and easy recipe! I added some fresh ginger and fish sauce, and replaced the water with homemade chicken stock. Turned out great!

Yum. I added 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup of chicken stock and let it simmer for about 30mins

Great. As other notes suggested, replaced water with chicken broth and only added one cup. Delicious!

Turned out delicious! You could probably use about 1/2 as much water as the recipe calls for and maybe replace that with chicken broth. I'll try that next time.

great flavour but reduce the water by a third at least. I ended up having to buy more peanut butter to make it work. delayed my preperation by almost an hour. personal note: add more finely sliced scallions to the mix.
