- 1 cup sesame seeds (plus more for garnishing)
- 1/4 cup wonton (or tortilla strips, optional)
- 1/2 carrot (medium sized, grated)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
