- 250 grams leaves (bathua, washed and roughly chopped, optional)
- 1 tsp. flour (yellow corn meal)
- 2 inches ginger (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 green chilies (slit into half)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder ((Dhania))
- salt (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. ghee
