- 200 grams refried beans (warmed)
- 1 avocado (stoned, peeled and sliced)

- 1 onion ( medium, sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. epazote ( dried, optional or oregano)
- 1/2 chilli (1 habanero, stem and seeds removed, roughly chopped)
- 600 mL passata (sieved tomatoes)
