- 1 tsp. ginger paste (optional – for people who does not like the smell of sea fish)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard (grinded)
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric

- 1 cup cilantro leaves (chopped, Cilantro)
- salt (to taste)
- 8 Tbsp. oil (– This is a Bengali preparation and hence we need to use mustard oil)
