- 12 chicken drumsticks (you can also use chicken thighs if you like.)
- 1 cup plain flour (gluten-free if you prefer.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil cooking spray (optional.)
- 150 grams potatoes (3 medium each, peeled and cut into quarters.)
- 350 grams broccoli (1 medium, head of broccoli, stalk chopped into 1cm cubes and florets roughly chopped.)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 300 grams coleslaw mix (pre-packaged)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (full-fat whole egg)
