- 1/4 cup purple onion (Thin Sliced)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- black pepper
- kosher salt
- tzatziki sauce (see recipe below)
