This was a very quick meal to make once you've marinated the chicken. That is mainly because everything else comes from cans. I couldn't find either of the marinades that were recommended so I went with the Lawry's Santa Fe Chili with Lime http://amzn.to/1Phl6UV. It was very flavorful & the whole dish ended up tasting great. Glad to have this recipe on hand for evenings when we don't have a ton of time.
