- 1/2 cup BACARDI® Superior
- 1/2 cup orange juice (orange-pineapple juice blend)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 0pineapple (fanned apple slices and ginger spear for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Margarita mix, BACARDI® Superior Rum, orange juice or orange-pineapple juice blend, applesauce and ginger ale.
- Add ice and blend for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.
- Pour into tiki collins glasses and garnish drinks with pineapple wedge, fanned apple slices and a ginger spear.
- Serves five to six people.
