It was a success! I added a hot pepper from our pepper tree, but other than, I followed the directions. It was easy to make and full of flavor like the samosas at an Indian restaurant . I like that it is healthier than fried.

Very tasty, would be nicer with a dip - maybe mango chutney - as was a little bit dry. Overall really good!
