- 3 cups shredded sweetened coconut (toasted)
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate melting wafers (dark, I used Ghirardelli)

Amazing! They taste exactly like the cookie! I did change some things due to preference. I used unsweetened applesauce for the butter and only used 3 tb coconut sugar for the batter. For the topping I used a homemade date caramel sauce, half the amount of coconut(perfect amount), and only 1/2 c of dark chocolate chips. Turned out fabulous.
