- 5 red chillies
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 10 grams belacan (shrimp paste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 limes (kalamansi)

Directions
- In a blender, grind chillis, belacan, sugar & water. Transfer blended paste to a small bowl.
- Add lime juice and thin slices of lime skin. Stir to mix well.
