  • 10 grams belacan (shrimp paste)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 limes (kalamansi)

    1. In a blender, grind chillis, belacan, sugar & water. Transfer blended paste to a small bowl.
    2. Add lime juice and thin slices of lime skin. Stir to mix well.
