- 1 large egg (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. fine-grain salt
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or butter)
- 3 Tbsp. milk (your choice, I used almond milk to keep the recipe paleo)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
