- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. Maldon sea salt (for sprinkling, you can choose how salty you want your caramel popcorn to be so this is just a rough estimate totally based on your preferences.)
- 1 cup popcorn kernels (uncooked)
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
