- 3 bananas (ripe medium, depending on if you'd like a strong banana taste in the base)

- 1 1/2 cups dates (soaked)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 1/2 avocados (ripe, if you like a stronger chocolate flavour go with 1 ripe avocado)
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/3 maple syrup
