These are fantastic! Followed the recipe exactly. They are now part of our regular holiday cookie baking.

Fantastic recipe, used 3 mini Rolos since I had hoards of them from leftover Halloween candy rather than 1 normal one. Tastes like a salty, caramel brownie essentially and doesnt puff up or flatten too much from the orginal shape you set it.. Amazing to heat up slightly in the microwave the next day for a quick snack. May try throwing some chopped up nuts on it or adding a smidge of cinnamon..
Update:
Last two batches ive swapped Rolos or moni Rolos for Kraft Soft Caramels and its absolutely fantastic, 2nd time using them I flattend them slightly before balling up the dough around it to spread it out a bit more.
