- 2 peeled apples (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 16 puff pastry cups
- sea salt
- creme fraiche
- caramel sauce (warmed)

Directions
- Toss 2 apples with butter and lemon juice in baking dish. Bake at 425 F until tender, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bake 16 puff pastry cups as the label directs. Pull out tops and fill with the cooked apples. Top with sea salt, creme fraiche, and warm caramel sauce.
