Fairly easy to make and tastes good. Made according to directions. I think a little salty for my preference so I'll cut it down next time. Came out a little burnt tasting at 12 minutes and a little undercooked at eight minutes, ten minutes was perfect for my oven.

I’ve made kale chips for years and enjoyed the apple cider vinegar addition, but had to adjust the timing quite a bit or I fear the kale would have burst into flames. I pulled them out at around 8 minutes, and probably could have satisfactorily done another minute less.

These are so good. I wish I would have made this batch first because I would have made 2 batches and skipped making the plain batch. Now I need more kale. My teens loved them.
