Simple and so good! My mom who hates kale LOVED these and I caught her sneaking some when my back was turned lol! Just shake the kale out a little bit after you toss it. Some pieces were much more vinegary than others. Also, try to lay them out as flat as possible. I had to keep mine in the oven a lot longer and still some weren't quite crispy.
