I marinated them in white vinegar for 24 hours before using the marinade. This gave it a more potent taste which we loved. I added 1 tbsp of corn starch to the marinade to make it thicker. It coated the wings better. Great recipe.

Tasted just like the chips I still love. I used apple cider vinegar. Next time will try the malt vinegar. I likes me some vinegar.
