- 2 cups cold water
- 2 celery stalks (very finely sliced)
- 2 spring onions (green/salad onions, finely sliced)
- 200 grams pink salmon (canned, bones and skin removed)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (cilantro leaves)
- 1 red chilli (long, finely diced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice (from a bottle is fine)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
