Wonderful. I added pickled red onions to this and it was lovely. It's a big hit with my husband.

This was delicious! The only place I struggled was cooking the salmon as my pieces were quite thick, so 3 minutes per side was not enough. It's so good with the feta and tzatziki, I really enjoyed this meal!
