- sea salt
- lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup flour (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (reduced fat, or ghee, substitute with olive oil if you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (medium, minced)
- 1/3 cup dry white wine (optional. Replace with extra broth, but the wine adds amazing flavour!)
- 1 cup chicken stock (low-sodium, /broth, fat free if you can find it)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. capers (rinsed and drained)
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (coarsely, to serve)

Very flavorful and will definitely be eating this again. Though next time, will cut down on the flour as the sauce thickens quickly and it became slightly lumpy.
