- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 green chilli (red and 1, sliced thinly on the diagonal)
- 3 spring onions (white part sliced thinly on the diagonal, some of the green chopped in approx 1 1/2 cm sections on the diagonal for garnish, optional)
- 1 1/2 inches ginger root (peeled and chopped into matchstick sized portions)
- 8 snow peas (sliced julienne)
- 1 capsicum (sliced julienne, I used 1/2 a red and 1/2 a yellow for colour)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- soy sauce (amount defined in method as it is used in various steps)
- 2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 drop sesame oil
- 2 soba noodles (serves)
- lime juice (Squeeze of)
