Flavor was good, with adjustments. But not sure why all the olive oil?? Salmon is an oily fish and doesn’t need it, so the result was greasy, requiring me to add much more cream cheese/sour cream (used in lieu of crème fraiche). Would make again but with scant olive oil to bake.
