- 2 cloves garlic (pressed or finely minced)

- 4 slices bacon (Thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 3 Tbsp. red bell pepper (Finely Diced)
- 1 lb. salmon (Cooked, you can also used canned, 1/2 of a can or smoked salmon, yum!)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried, add more at the end if desired)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
