    I chopped up some red orange and yellow peppers and instead of chopping up the salmon I just poured the ceviche mix over the fried salmon and my husband loved it. One of his new favorite dishes

    Yummly! I have made it a couple times and have used cilantro instead of parsley. You will wan to make a double batch, one you you and one for the guests 😉
