  • 10 ounces salmon (I used the pouch variety that is ready to use)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon relish

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients for salmon cakes except for olive oil. Use your hands to mix well and form into 5 patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat until heated. Place patties in heated skillet and cook until brown on both sides. Mix dip ingredients and serve with warm patties. Garnish with more fresh herbs if desired.
