    Absolutely delicious! I topped them off with sweet chili sauce and served them up with apple slices, grapes and heirloom cherry tomatoes. #isolationcooking

    These were really good. I used fresh salmon chopped into small pieces. I added parsley. Omitted the egg and used a teaspoon more of mayonnaise. I used frozen corn and panko bread crumbs. They held their shape well. They were very moist. I will make again.
