It was a good meal, but I think I should have added more ricotta cheese in the pasta.

I was not a fan of the flavor. It just wasn’t right for my taste buds but I’m sure it’s someone else’s jam! :)

Delicious! And so easy. We bbq'd the salmon and it was the perfect consistency. If you're making this, grill or fry up a side of veggies too. Brussel sprouts would be great!

Very good! Doesn’t work very well as leftovers but super easy and delicious day of! Added some steamed asparagus too- would definitely recommend!

Quick and easy and turned out great! we mixed in peas for a vegetable, which I think went well
