    Gravy too thin but great flavor

    Disappointed in the instructions. The mushrooms were never included in the cooking instructions. The onions were burned in the time suggested. The steak time made them over cooked as well.

    This was an extremely easy recipe and so delicious; my family loved it! I doubled the ingredients, so I used 5 tablespoons of flower and the gravy was the perfect consistency. I will be making recipe again!

    This was absolutely phenomenal! Unbelievably tender and flavorful. I used a 90/10 ground beef and it turned out to be the perfect beef for this recipe. My husband raved about how good and tender it was. I didn't change a thing and followed the directions to a tee. Will definitely make this again and again.

    This was my first attempt at making Salisbury steak from scratch and this recipe didn't disappoint! We loved how it turned out. I added the mushrooms when cooking the onions and added extra thyme (cuz i love it) and a little pepper to the gravy. For sure will make this again.

    Very good, ran out yellow mustard so used a spicy mustard instead, turned our great!
