It wasn’t bad but it could use more flavor in the meat. Reminded me more of a hamburger patty then Salisbury steak.

This was excellent!! Wow! My 15-yr-old son was like: This is delicious, Mom! Haha will definitely be making it again I did add in the mushrooms, which gives it an even better depth of flavor. Next time, I may reduce the thyme a bit, as that was quite forward in the gravy, but excellent! Definitely going on our meal rotation!

amazing i used fresh garlic and put some onions in the meat. Also made smaller patties because we had a bunch to feed. i was so shocked at how well it came out and i didnt use the parsley or mushrooms. still amazing! kids also loved it!!! im talking from two years old to 10!

Absolutely the most tender Salisbury Steak I have ever made, and the gravy is delicious! The only improvement I would make is to use fresh minced garlic rather than garlic powder. Definitely a keeper!

It was really good. Added French onion soup mix half to patties half to gravy.
