Ingredients for this recipe include boneless skinless chicken breast strips, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, sliced apples, balsamic cream, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and lettuce. This savory and sensational recipe is perfect for a weekend treat.

- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 apple (cored and sliced)
- 2 tsp. cream (balsamic)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 cups lettuce

Directions
- Coat the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of mustard and place in a coned bowl into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the chicken and saute for about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the apple slices and 1 teaspoon of balsamic cream. Toss well. Add the apple slices to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the remaining mustard and balsamic cream to a bowl with the olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well. Add the lettuce and toss in the dressing.
- Plate the lettuce and top with the chicken and apples.
