- 1/4 cup roasted pistachios (shelled dry-, chopped/crushed, I put mine in a ziplock and crushed them with a meat mallet)
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1/4 cup vinaigrette (Herb, see recipe below)
- 5 oz. lettuce (spring mix)
- 1 cup seedless red grapes (cut in half)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (I forgot to add this and it was delicious anyway)
- 9 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives (minced)
