Directions
- Peel and divide the grapefruit and oranges into segments. Remove the skin from each segment.
- Place the lettuce into a bowl and arrange the citrus fruit on top.
- Make the dressing by whisking together the lemon and orange juice, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad.
