Wonderful recipe. Easy and flavorful. I added some cilantro for a splash of color and additional flavor.

Sooo tasty!! For some reason I can never find stock in stores so I just used a bouillon cube in boiled water instead ... I also only have salted butter so I just didn’t put any of the salt that the recipe called for and it came out perfect! Will definitely be making this type of rice from now on

It was delicious. I even have enough left over to last me for a couple days. I will definitely make this again!
