- 1 cup water
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 dash brandy
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 50 grams butter

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.
- Beat the whites with the 40 grams of sugar to form peaks and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler, remove from heat, and beat in the eggs one by one along with the rest of the sugar.
