- 2 green chillies
- 1 medium potato
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. ghee
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder (optional)
- salt (to taste)
- sugar (optional, I used it but you may not if not liked)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. coconut (grated fresh)
- coriander leaves (Few, chopped fresh)
