    might cut the paneer into smaller bits, maybe double up on some of the seasoning but pretty good interesting dish. Easy to make

    i used two bunches of fresh spinach instead of frozen/microwaved spinach and blended the spinach/spice/onion etc mix a little in a food processor to make it more like the restaurant style i’m used to it was not as spicy as i’m accustomed to but it was still very good and I’ll make it again!

    easy to make and yummy. if you dont have yogurt you can swap out with coconut milk and let it simmer a little longer and drain the spinach a bit more.

    Really, really nice! I used less spinach as I don’t like too much in my sauce. I’ve done this recipe a few times now and we really love it! I would probably do without adding as much water next time though as I think it was slightly too watery. Thank you for an amazing recipe!

    1st attempt: Really great! It will take some practice to get it just right, but this got me on the path. 2nd attempt: I got closer this time, but it tasted oddly bland considering how many spices went into it. The kicker is adding the heavily spiced cheeses right at the end... you’ve already seasoned the dish to taste, and then the introduction of heavily spiced cheeses at the very end makes this a bit of a shot in the dark for me. So far 2/2 the cheese at the end makes it surprisingly bitter.

    Very tasty! Used my own masala mix, added green chilies at the beginning with the tomatoes, and added buttermilk instead of yogurt. This recipe is a keeper!
