This recipe is a bit time consuming to make but so worth it. The flavors are complex and wonderful. This is the perfect warm comfort food dish.

Thank you so much for this delightful dish. I had some coconut milk, ground lamb and spinach. I was looking for something new. I followed the ingredients except, I used ground lamb and spooned it over basmati rice. I served it with a spicy mixed melon salad.
