This was perfect, one of the best things I've made yet and the recipe was super easy

Really tasty! I played around with the quantities (450g of potatoes, and 250g of spinach) as I didn't have enough of everything but the combination of flavours and ingredients worked really well. Would definitely make again :) I also always throw in more spice than the recipe says as chances are they've been sat in the cupboard for quite a while!
