- 14.5 oz. canned cannellini beans (can of organic, drained)

- 1 cup green split peas (dried)
- 4 cups vegetable (chicken, or bone broth)
- sea salt
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (cashew or almond milk yogurt if you prefer)
- 2 green onions (white parts minced, green parts reserved as a garnish for the soup, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (or lemon)
- 1 handful cilantro (coarsely chopped)
