- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 limes (Juice of 3 limes)
- 8 flour tortillas (warmed for serving)
- 1 cup sauce (creamy cilantro jalapeno)
- 1 cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (finely)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (roughly)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded and minced very fine)
- 1/4 red onion (small, cut in half and sliced thinly)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple (finely diced)
- 2 limes (Juice of 2 limes)
