  • 1 onion (large, cut in quarters)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 beef roast (I use whatever kind is on sale and big enough to feed the masses)
  • 1 jar salsa (we use Joe T. Garcia’s)
  • tortillas (either flour or corn, corn is our preference for this recipe)
  • shredded cheese
  • crumbled feta cheese (THIS is the secret ingredient to copying Fuzzy’s)
  • chopped fresh cilantro (this is the second secret ingredient)
  • purple onion (Thinly sliced)
  • shredded lettuce
  • salsa (Additional, either jarred or homemade)
  • garlic sauce (Fuzzy’s-Style, recipe follows)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • roasted chicken (Alex's Favorite Rosemary)
  • tomato sauce (Pat's Homemade, using diced carrot, onion and celery)
  • noodle (Mrs. Stern's, Kugel, using uncooked noodles)
  • swiss steak (Pat's Family Favorite, using tomato)
  • fruit (Pudding Mix, Dip, using Cool Whip)
