- 6 cloves garlic (we like garlic, so we used 6)
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 lime
- 16 oz. white fish (firm, halibut, cod, tilapia We have used both halibut and cod and it is great with either.)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (approx)
- 1 tsp. paprika (plus additional for sprinkling)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- lime wedges
- salt (to taste)
